Edward A. Bacon (1897-1968) was Chairman of the Executive Council Air Coordinating Committee from 1953 to 1960. He served as Assistant to the Secretary of the Army for Canal Zone Affairs in 1954, and was a member of the Tolls Committee of the St. Lawrence Seaway in 1958.
